The only personal data processed by Mizan's infrastructure is the minimal technical access log data described in the Privacy Policy, processed solely to keep the service secure, available and free from abuse. The tax IDs and company names in the invoices you upload are never processed by us, because they never leave your device.

Access log data is collected automatically by standard web server and reverse proxy technology when your browser requests a page, on the legal basis of legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f). Optional analytics data is processed only if you accept in the cookie notice, on the legal basis of explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1), and stops immediately when you withdraw consent.

Access logs are not transferred to any third party except at the request of a competent Turkish authority under applicable law. Anonymous analytics data collected with your explicit consent may be transferred to a technology provider whose servers may be located abroad, in order to deliver the measurement service. Your invoice content is never transferred under any circumstances; that data never leaves your device.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction; to request that such actions be notified to third parties; to object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis solely by automated means; and to claim compensation for damage.

You may submit your request to destek@parssmart.com, meeting the identity verification requirements set out in the KVKK. Requests are concluded within the periods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
