Mizan is provided without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The accuracy of the results depends on your invoices being complete and correct, on the product matches you confirm, and on the opening stock figures you enter.

Mizan is a calculation tool, not tax, accounting or financial advice. Responsibility for using the resulting COGS, stock and gross profit figures for tax filings, provisional tax declarations or official records rests with the user. Always review the results with your accountant before filing.

"Mizan" and its logo are trademarks of Pars Smart. The UBL-TR and e-Invoice standards belong to the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB); Mizan's reference to them is nominative.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
